• Cleanliness: 10 First class every day of stay at Hotel. The cleaners were very efficient and made the room fresh each day.
• Location: 10 Ideal location for metro and Rambler restuarants and bars. Great cafe bars too outside the hotel for late night drinks
• Common facilities and services: 5 The bar is limited and not in an ideal location in the hotel and the pool was small and crowded
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff who helped arranged evening entertainment by booking venues. Very poliete and helpful by all at desk and portage
• Quietness: 10 Very quite and respected privacy
• Room: 10 Excellent size room and presented well. Shame no tea making facilities.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money !!!!!!!!!

• Location: 5 ok, but not directly in the city, the area is not so nice, if you are planning to walkt to the ramblas its quite difficicult
• Common facilities and services: 10 small pool and gym but really nice on the roof top. great views. very good to relax.

• Quietness: 5 you could hear every noise from next doors (showers, people walking from rooms above etc..)
• Room: 2.5 we had to stay in an inside room with no outside window. very small.
