  • Negative: the wear and tear of furniture, floor, bath.... it looked like no maintenance was done in years.

  • Staff: 7.5 some were better than others. overall good.
  • Quietness: 5 you could hear the neighbours showering as if they were in your bathroom. but outside noise was minimal
  • Room: 5 not 4 stars worth. Bed is good. Size is good. But no amenities, like coffee/tea. View at the back to a dirty wall and small courtyard. When above floor 5, you can see a little of the street behind and the sky.
