• Negative: the shower room needed attention. When I requested some repair work the repair was of poor quality. I reqested the work to be done twice each time the repair was poor. I gave up asking. The maintenance team do not support the front line reception with good work

• Quietness: 7.5 I requested a location on the quiet side of the hotel ( I stayed there before) and was given it
• Room: 5 would be good if the shower room was repaired correctly
• Value for money: 5 at this prce breakfast should be included
