• Positive: Location, beautiful Spanish-style interior and exterior, view of old Segovia from room window, spaciousness of room and its high ceiling and wood beams. Proximity to aqueduct, restaurants, banks. Courteous and helpful staff.
• Negative: Room doors were locked with old fashioned keys, not electronic cardkeys. The two of us were given one key, which made it inconvenient when one person went out while the other remained in the room. The room safe was of an old fashioned design and had complicated instructions for operation.
