• Location: 10 Very central, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Shops nearby and great view from the roof.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Amazing spa and dining facilities- maybe some more varied small plates at the roof terrace bar would be good?
• Staff: 7.5 Reception staff were brilliant, so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much. Would be better if housekeeping replaced soaps/ coffee as we ran out. Also the delivery of chocolates to the room later in the afternoon was nice but a bit disturbing?

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Hay que cuidar los detalles. Las taquillas del spa muy sucias y también ciertas zonas del spa. Una botella de plástico vacía estuvo 3 días sin que nadie la recogiese.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Hay que arreglar los desperfectos que hay, por ejemplo en el spa. En la terraza te encuentras con que muchas noches no hay mesas libres porque están ocupadas por gente que no es cliente del hotel. Los precios muy caros.

• Room: 5 Hay que arreglar los desperfectos. En un lavabo no se podía abrir el grifo porque pegaba con el marco del espejo.
