• Positive: El trato del personal que trabaja en el hotel y la ubicación
• Negative: Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deberia de prestar más atención a los detalles que puede marcar la diferencia con uno de 3 estrellas, como puede ser la poca variedad del buffet o algo tan simple como manteles de tela y no manteles individuales de fibra (qué no se limpian) . Otra cosa que no es normal es que en noche vieja cuando estábamos todos en el salón no pusieron las campanas por TV , sino que las dieron personal del hotel. También deberían modernizar el baile, las canciones son muy antiguas renovar o morir.
