• Negative: ...wenn das Hotelzimmer - in meinem Falle eine Junior Suite - ungeheizt und deshalb ungemütlich kalt ist. Doch genau das war der Fall während unseres Aufenthaltes am letzten Wochenende (Freitag bis Sonntag, 16. - 18.10.2015).

• Positive: the food was quite good. first night excellent, 2nd night ok. and the staff were readonably friendly.
• Negative: there was a building orject started when we arrived, skip in the street type arrangement. the staff although nice, didnt have much knowledge in general, "try the tourist info for info" ok.

• Cleanliness: 5 it was reasonably clean, but not in an impressive way. a few random hairs laying onthe freshbed, in the sink, corners not a strong point. but ok
• Location: 7.5 its in the middleof a forrest. not much there but the village and a small fortress. its why we chose it. to be away from busy stuff.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 the lounge was nice and cosy. the pool was uninviting.
• Staff: 7.5 friendly couteous pleasant helpful. efficient. but no frills.
• Quietness: 10 spot on. apart from the builders
• Room: 7.5 ok. there was room. the bed was comfy. the sofa was old. the rest of the furniture was basic and has seen its day. the view was great, the new architecture takes the wind out. but if you look beyond it its great.
• Value for money: 7.5 it was pretty good value for money.
