• Positive: Las instalaciones del spa y el tratamiento realizado
• Negative: La habitación que nos asignaron 401. Muy decepcionante, despues de habernos alojado en otras ocasiones en otras habitaciónes del hotel, la calidad de esta habitación no tiene nada que ver con las otras. En la página web solo nos dejaba reservar sin terraza, una cosa es sin terraza y otra muy distinta es habitación en el alero del tejado con una ventanta en el techo. La diferencia de precio de una habitación con terraza que reservamos normalmente y esta es muy pequeña, sin embargo la diferencia de calidad es muy grande. Por otra parte la caja fuerte no funcionaba, avisamos a recepción, no pudieron arreglarla y no nos ofrecieron ninguna otra alternativa. Las llaves para entrar a la habitación tampoco funcionaban bien. Esta habitación no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas y con el precio pagado por ella.
