• Positive: Es un hotel distinto a los demás, no como en otros hoteles que dá igual en que ciudad estés que todos parecen iguales.
• Negative: Prestan mucha atención a las calorías de las comidas pero no a lo que contienen, por lo que si tienes alguna intolerancia tienes un gran problema. Otro gran problema es que no admiten American Express

• Positive: Como viajamos con dos niñas lo que más nos gustó fue la amplitud y comodidad de la suite familiar. También nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones cubiertas, ya que en los días de lluvia disfrutamos igual de las piscinas. También nos gustó mucho el restaurante Vía augusta. El personal es muy amable y profesional.
• Negative: El desayuno no tenía la calidad que nos esperábamos, además había que esperar bastante tiempo para conseguir una mesa.
