• Negative: Habria que agregar algún estante a la ducha para apoyar el champu y demás.Y por favor, bajar el soporte de las toallas de baño. Estaba tan alto que solo lo vi cuando sali de la ducha y me secaba con las toallas de mano. Si el huésped no es alto, hasta cuesta alcanzarlas.

• Cleanliness: 10 Toda la habitacón estaba muy limpia y ordenada.
• Location: 10 La ubicación del hotel nos permitió pasear por el centro Madrid sin necesidad de usar los medios de transporte. Visitamos El Parque del Retiro, El Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor y muchas otras atracciones turísticas de la ciudad.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excelente servicio y sobre todo excelente atención.
• Staff: 10 Los recepcionistas son muy cordiales y respetuosos y siempre están dispuestos a brindar la mejor información.
• Quietness: 7.5 Debido a su ubicación se escucha algo de ruido que hace la gente por la calle, sin embargo, eso no afecto nuestro descanso.
• Room: 10 Pequeña pero acogedora. En realidad el costo de la habitación vale la pena.
• Value for money: 10 El costo es realmente satisfactorio.

• Positive: Location, price, excellent staff, nice restaurant next door. They arranged a taxi for our trip to the airport.
• Negative: My bathroom needed some tile work, shower door was missing its rubber bottom so water spilled into the bathroom. The WiFi in our area of the hotel allowed us to connect with a strong signal, but had no internet. You had to go down the hall or to the lobby for an access point that had internet.
