• Negative: The poor speaking employees and the brutal some of them treated us.

• Location: 7.5 Really close to the harbour and the beach. The city center was a little far.
• Common facilities and services: 5 We loved the jacuzzi on the roof. The fitness however was on the roof as well and had no AC, which made it very hot. And the machines were quiet old.
• Staff: Not rated Most of them speaked English really bad. And most of them, the hotel director included, are not customer-orientated at all and treated us very brutal. For example: they told us the wrong price for dinner (bc of their poor English) we asked about it when we saw the bill and the restaurant manager did not listen at us for a second and screaming at us right away. She lied and threatened that we couldn't get out of the country anymore and started calling the police (we hadn't even refused to pay but just asked for explanation)
• Quietness: 2.5 The outside clocks ring a lot and very loud, it wakes you up!
• Room: 7.5 The jetstream didn't work. Other than that it was really nice
