• Négatif: Re: Reservation Code 120913-85324 Dear Sirs, As you can see from the confirmation below, I booked seven rooms at your hotel for 1 October 2012 until 5 October 2012 (4 nights). There were five rooms @ €56.95 and two rooms @ €68.34 totalling €1685.72 which was pre-paid by credit card. On arrival at the hotel, we were allocated seven rooms. On inspection of these rooms, we found that they were all exactly the same, the only difference between the double and triple room being that the triple rooms had an extra bed making the room very cramped. As these rooms were for three adult males in each, it would have made it impossible to move around. We requested another double room, which we were allocated straight away. When we were ready to check out, we were charged an extra €227.80, the full price for a double room for four nights. Surely the cost of the two triple rooms should have been adjusted to reflect the reduced occupancy? This would be a reduction of €91.12. I therefore believe that we have been overcharged by €136.68. Could you please reply to me with an explanation of your charges. Regards Keely Willans
