• Staff: 2.5 Muy antipático y desagradable el camarero del Piano Bar por la noche el sábado 2 de Abril del 2016. Lástima que no me acuerdo de su nombre. Le quitaba las copas a los clientes a medio tomar, no era nada servicial, me llamó la atención de mala manera por soltar mi copa en un lugar equivocado según él, etc... Merecería sin duda un toque de atención por parte de sus superiores. Sin embargo, el otro camarero que había sí era agradable y el músico estupendo. El personal de recepción muy bien.

• Negative: Low standard, much lower than the impression from the website. Bathroom was empty apart from towels upon arrival - no TOILET PAPER, toiletries (soap, shampoo etc). There were bugs crawling in the bathroom. Furnishing of rooms is old.
