• Cleanliness: 5 Its ok Is not so Clean except of my last year visit I get some insects to my body and this was from the bed cover and i inform regarding this when i visit the dermatologist doctor.
• Location: 10 Location is Goood Very Good.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Is been improved from my last time. Unless the mini bar i should say to them that they should check it and refil it back again.
• Staff: 5 The staff they try to be as help they can. Bud some of them they don%27t talk the english or they dont speak.
• Quietness: 5 If you mean the brekfast ? Is very poor. Bud Is acceptable.
• Room: Not rated The rooms the doors are very heavy and when the next door room open and closed is so much disturbing also the isolation! You can hear what the next room talking about especially the night. The curtains are not good the chair is faded the colors all are old fashion. The Size of the room for double bed is extremely small also the wall rope is so small and so much uncomfortable also the WC you feel so unpleasant is 1.30 x 160 And you can’t closed the door when you are having shower because then you can’t breath. And all the humidity goes into the room. I believe they need a good re-adjust Everything and offer to there customers more comfortable rooms etc…
• Value for money: Not rated No is not value the money you are pay! I pay this money for other hotels which are five stars and they give you better rooms bigger and more comfort and better quality I could mention hotels and countries and I could supply invoices for that. The only reason i accept to pay this is just for the location nothing else.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The only facility this hotel had was breakfast room. No bar, restaurant, pool, parking, which should be at a "4 star" hotel
• Staff: Not rated The Staff member at reception accused us of having breakfast based on the fact that we went into the breakfast room for a coffee and wanted to charges us for a full breakfast. Firstly he could ot speak English and did not offer to speak to the staff in the breakfast room to confirm that we did not have breakfast. It was an oriental man at reception on the 5th at around 8:00. I was very upset with the way I was treated and did not get any appology for the way I was treated and this at a "4 star rated" establishment. I will be sending a letter of complaint the the Hotel as well as the Best Western group.

• Room: 2.5 This is not a "4 star" rated room as I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this hotel compares more with a 2 1/2 rating.
• Value for money: 5 As this was on offer it might have been a fair price for the location, however not for any of the facilities in the hotel.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Carpet, room facilities are old except the bathroom. But bathroom size is so small that you will be shocked
