• Cleanliness: Not rated Two rooms smelled of a musty, moldy smell. They absolutely reek & you must keep your windows open to tolerate the smell. A good hotel is NOT supposed to smell like this!
• Location: 5 Has a good location.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated The lift does not stop evenly with the floors & you could risk a serious trip getting in or out of it! Needs brochures in the lobby.
• Staff: 2.5 The man who checked us in was not cordial at all; in fact, he showed no emotion at all...not even a hello or a thank you.
• Quietness: 5 Outside noise not bad at all if you keep the windows closed.
• Room: 2.5 If you "upgrade" at a ridiculous cost, you get a reasonable size room; if not, prepare to be cramped.
• Value for money: Not rated Way over-priced for a room that reeked of a moldy, musty smell

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean room and dining room. Very happy

• Common facilities and services: 5 Did not use services if on offer so cannot really comment
• Staff: 7.5 Did ask for a duvet to replace the blanket given to my daughter. Request was not acted upon that day but when I asked again in the evening the receptionist acted very promptly.
• Quietness: 10 With the windows open it was quite noisy, but closed it was very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Adequate room size. Good facilities. No view.
• Value for money: 7.5 Room rate very reasonable. Watch out for the breakfast charge. 22 euro per person. I thought that was unbelievably expensive. Fantastic breakfast but way over priced.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated There are no common facilities! I have never before stayed in a 4* which has no sport facilities (gym or pool), there is no restaurant, and the bar - so prominently mentioned on the website - did not open once during our stay.
