• Location: 7.5 Little outside of Madrid center but easy access to transportation options.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent in appearance and function.
• Staff: 10 Very courteous and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 No complaints in this department. Hotel had a serene hushed tone.
• Room: 7.5 The room served it's purpose, was clean, well appointed and decorated. Nothing luxurious but very comfortable.
• Value for money: 10 The value for the money was the best part.

• Positive: I loved the staff! Carla at the front desk. The chef at the Omelet station, my cleaning guy, the nice woman that helped with the coffee station in the morning. Customer service is on the top of my list and the Artiem does it very well! Outstanding service.

• Positive: Los detalles, muy importante el cuidado a los huéspedes con la zona de snacks gratis y al llegar a la habitación había botellas de agua y gominolas, todo increíble.
• Negative: La única pega que pondría sería explicar mejor lo que se puede coger gratis o no para evitar situaciones embarazosas y que al llegar, la recepcionista no estaba en el puesto y tuve que esperar un rato
