A charming hotel that is ideally located in the heart of the historic old town of Cadiz, which enraptures the traveller with its warm mix of Andalucian, colonial and classical styles. Bedrooms are uniquely characteristic, assuming one of the various styles (Andaluz, rustic or colonial) featured in the hotel, and each is christened with a name of one of the distinct cultures that have settled in the city. The interior decoration has been carefully detailed with Moroccan-style hand-carved arches, water deposits converted into tables and stacked mosaic structures. All this is provided, without compromising on modern commodities such as wireless internet zones and plasma TV. The hotel specialises in serving Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine. Owing to its privileged location, any of the important historic and artistic monuments of the city are easily accessible. It is also well served by public transport, making it easy to reach the popular beach resort of La Caleta and the dock from which tours of the bay are offered on a catamaran.

The hotel's reply:
"Dear customer, We are really sorry about your review, especially when our staff tried to satisfy your demands and from the very beginning, we offered you a change of room for one standard but you refused so. We notified your observations about the smell to our maintenance staff who could not verified it, but even that, they treated drain deposit, washbasin, shower and WC with special products specifically for that and ending with an aromatherapy set for your room. You were still unsatisfied with our assistance, so we offered you again the change of room to a standard one, even when you had already used it, but once more you refused it. From your check in, we observed your displeasure about the difference in price rate between your room, the superior one, compare to the standard one of your friends. As we explained you before, this difference is mainly due to the "no refund" option of your friend booking as well as the obvious ones like qualities of the room, space, cosmetic amenities, tea service, etc. We believe that the real reason of your displeasure was that difference in rate price between rooms and we regret that our efforts were insufficient. Yours faithfully. "
