"Estimada Silvia, Agradecemos mucho tus comentarios, decirte que durante la semana que estuvo con nosotros estabamos en proceso de cambio de la compañia que nos suministra el WIFI asi como de la TV, de ahi que tuvieramos durante esos dias algunos problemas tanto con internet y la TV, me gustaría pedirte disculpas por los inconvenientes que desde hace un par de dias ya estan resueltos y funcionan con toda normalidad.
