• Positive: The hotel is immaculate - both the bedrooms and communal areas. The garden is gorgeous - a real oasis!
• Negative: Not being able to use the garden until 11 am on Saturday as the gardener was cutting the lawn. Precious holiday time wasted sitting around waiting for him to finish. Surely it would make sense to cut the grass where the sunbeds are, first, so guests can use the facilities, which we have paid to use. And then attend to the area by the front entrance. Keeping guests happy and the garden still looked after!
