• Positive: La piscina (que supongo que en verano será una delicia). El desayuno (muy completo). La conexión en autobús con el casco histórico de Palma.
• Negative: Que en recepción no me supieron recomendar ni un solo restaurante (escudándose en que "hay más de 1.200"), ni tampoco me orientaron sobre qué podría visitar en la ciudad. Las habitaciones y baños están anticuadas y sin viejas. La almohada, como una piedra. La primera noche tenía frío y me puse por encima de las sábanas un edredón que había en el armario; cuando me hicieron la habitación, lo dejaron tal cual, sin funda ni nada, las 4 noches. Los amenities del lavabo, muy escasos; ni peine ni slippers. No se merece las 3 estrellas.

• Cleanliness: Not rated El baño no estaba bien limpio. Pelos en el suelo y lo peor de todo: una bola de pelos en una de las toallas del baño, que además olía muy mal.

Cuando me alojo yo sólo en habitación doble de uso individual me gusta tener los dos juegos de toallas por si me ducho dos veces al día, como en esta ocasión hice. Dejé la primera toalla que usé colgada, y no en el suelo, para volverla a utilizar y me la retiraron. No me gustó nada.
