• Positive: Accueil sympathique, une chambre ne nous convennait pas et on nous l'as changé tt de suite (ventilation faisait beaucoup de bruit), petit déjeuner bon, plutot bien situé pour le prix
• Negative: Ce qui vraiment a descendu ma note sont : l'etat du lit. Dans la premiere chambre, lit vraiment affaissé au milieu et taches sur le dessus de lit. Dans la deuxieme chambre ca allait mieux, le lit n'était pas affaissé, mais encore une fois dessus de lit taché, et drap troué, oreillers tachès. Je pense que ce sont des taches qui ne partent pas au lavage (j'éspère) et que c'est malgré tout propre, mais ca fait tt de suite sale et ca donne pas très envie. C'est la première fois que je vois ca dans un hotel. Dommage.

• Staff: 5 Staff was ok, other were more kind and helpfull and some were a bit rude

• Room: 5 We first got a bigger roon, but telly wasn´t working. The room we had instead was (how it felt) for 1 person only - very small. You should have changed the telly for us in the bigger room, not to give a tiny doghouse.

• Positive: The natural light in the bathroom.
• Negative: The walls in the room were very dirty. It looks as it has been years since last painted. The douche was not working properly. The pillows were not confortable. Although we booked a double room, months in advance we got a room with a bed smaller than normal double. We asked for a change in the room but the response was negative, allthough we mentioned that this room (considering also the size of the closet) most probably is used as a single room. The price was very hight in relation with the quality. For 169 euros per night for a double room (with breakfast) one will expect better services. It is located in an extremely noisy street.
