• Positive: 1. the price versus quality delivered- I think it is very advantageous 2. the fact it had a fridge and breakfast was not compulsorily included. I do not always eat much at breakfast. 3. excelent bathroom - furniture items and cleanness 4. closeness to subway (Tetuan, Girona also).
• Negative: 1. the floor in room with matrimonial bed. I think it is not ok for a hotel at your level not to have even a poor quality carpet on the floor. I understand that a designer might have possi bly been used for the design of the room, but I think the lack of carpet makes the room look cheap, which is not the case with the bathroom and with the other items from the room. 2. On your website please consider giving instructions how to arrive at your hotel from Girona station also. I used your instructions to arrive to Tetuan from airport but they were quite complicated, since the railway station from airport actually arrives at Passeig de Gracia and not at Placa Catalunya. So, I had to walk at Passeig De Gracia 15 minutes (with luggage on many stairs up and down...). When I went to the airport I went through Girona station on - to arrive at Sant Estacion railway station. I do not know if this the best solution. You are from Barcelona- please imagine you are a turist with luggage. Imagine what would be the simplest way to carry the luggage through the city. thanks

• Negative: Doubles are quite small (but we moved to a twin which was much better with more space)

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Good room cleaner and the public areas very modern, clean and bright.
• Location: 7.5 Great location for us - we selected it specifically to be near our friend's apartment
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn't really use any additional services (booked on room only basis) - although great bonus to have free Wifi in the bedroom.
• Staff: 10 Really friendly and couldn't do enough to help us - they spoke perfect English too which helped!
• Quietness: 5 Would depend whether you had a street facing room or not (although with the windows shut it kept traffic noise down considerably)
• Room: 5 Good sized twin room (after changing from our original very small double). Large bathroom - white, modern and clean.
• Value for money: 7.5 Excellent value for money - 5 minute taxi ride from centre of town and just 60 Euros for the room.
