• Positive: Que finalmente entendieran mi situación familiar y que instalaran una cama supletoria y una cuna para alojarnos toda la familia.
• Negative: La inicial incomprensión de alojar una familia con tres niños de 3 y 2 años y una bebé de 4 meses en una misma habitación. Tener que demostrar que la flexibilidad y la atención al cliente son dos valores importantes para ofrecer servicios turísticos. No todos somos iguales ni todos buscamos lo mismo. Los minimos legales se establecen como garantía al usuario, no para limitar al usuario su derecho a no exigir dicha garantia. La habitación tenía espacio más que suficiente para acomodar la cama supletoria y la cuna. Haber dejado la ropa de la cama sucia por un vómito de la niña.

• Negative: - No había agua caliente en el baño y me trataron de convencer en recepción de que si salia caliente. Tras cambiar varias veces de habitacion llegamos a la conclusion de que no habia agua caliente en todo el hotel. Nos dijeron queera algo normal pues era domingo y todos los inquilinos se estaban duchando a la vez - Llegamos a las 13:30 y nos estuvieron esperando hasta las 14:00 para entrar en la habitación. - Finalmente pusimos una reclamación allí mismo.
