• Cleanliness: 2.5 The sheets were clean but the rest of the room was dirty, empty water bottles under the bed, dusty floor, and the shower was dirty, tiles broken, carpet on the stairs ripped, curtains not hanging on the rails, and dirt all around the windows
• Location: 7.5 We chose it for its close proximity to the Eurostar which was great and also the Hop on Hop off bus tour went past the door

• Staff: 2.5 The receptionist (male) on during the early evening was very pleasant, the others wouldn%27t give you the time of day even if you addressed them first with Bonjour

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Initial reception area and outside appearence were lovely, however the decor and quality of rooms were poor.
• Location: 5 Opposite Metro Station - Gare du Nord, however slightly out of way from centre of Paris although manageable.
