• Positive: Layout of the hotel -eg direct access to pool and solarium without going through the hotel and the aspect of the balconies. Also, happy hour in different places. Also, very helpful staff on reception

• Positive: The friendly dedicated staff who seemed very happy in their jobs and who made us so welcome. The staff in the Restaurant worked so hard and made our Christmas and New Year Gala meals fantastic! We loved the Hotel and will be back asap Hasta Pronto!
