• Common facilities and services: 10 Communal areas for entertainment, food, drink and relaxation are all well kept and fully used.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 Being an older hotel some noise from rooms and corridors.
• Room: 7.5 Rooms are small but adequate and have a Spanish feel. Good views.
• Value for money: 10 Really was good value for money, enjoyed our stay immensely.

• Positive: Good quality food, lovely staff, good entertainment, very nice lounge area and good location - over 55 years excellent value.
• Negative: I appreciate the refurbishment and this is our 3rd visit, but the bedrooms could do with redecorating and painting the wood.

• Location: 10 could not wish for a better location

• Staff: 10 excellent staff, very friendly and they work really hard

• Room: 7.5 the bathrooms are good but the bedroom could be improved by updating decor and pictures and change wardrobe fronts - too much wood make the room dark!
• Value for money: 10 over 55 deal is excellent value
