• Staff: 10 Staff were courteous and friendly
• Quietness: 5 Quiet inside but noise from emptying bins and building work in the flats opposite
• Room: 5 Room small and in need of upgrading. Walk-in shower was good.
• Value for money: 10 Were on the over 55 full board with wine and water which was excellent value
