• Positive: Kathy at the front desk was amazing. She genuinely wanted to be sure we would have an excellent visit to Granada and recommendations for everything from where to eat (which were excellent!) to how best visit the city and the sights!! Hotel was clean, rooms large with comfortable beds, and well located.
