• Staff: 2.5 Found staff to be quite abrupt and not forthcoming with help
• Quietness: Not rated Noise from outside was very bad. Loud music all day and night and the noise from the traffic/road was bad too
• Room: 5 Average room. Decor was a bit dated and not much space. Could do with double glazing and modernising
• Value for money: 5 Wasn’t as expensive as other hotels bu in hindsight I’d pay the extra next time

• Location: 10 Ideal location for everything. 5 minute walk to the beach & to the square. However it is far enough away to not hear any noise

• Quietness: 10 No noise issues from inside the hotel & even though we stayed at the back of the hotel looking onto a busy road, I can honestly say this did not effect our stay
• Room: 7.5 Rooms are a good size for 2 people sharing with plenty of storage place. The only thing I would suggest is to put a full length mirror on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom
• Value for money: 10 Definately value for money & going full board also takes away the stress of deciding where to eat each day

• Positive: The hotel was central to everything. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and all staff members (except for just one) were fabulously courteous. The food choice was endless. Very tasty too. I will return and further recommend.
• Negative: 1. One of the girls at the pool bar needs to attend a course on Customer Service Skills. She was very rude and outspoken, not just to me, but to quite a lot of guests. Her attitude was ugly. 2. not so bad as the hotel is so near the beach, but with the amount of guests at the both hotels, there should be more control over the early towel-placing abuse of the loungers when no-one is on them for hours on end. Also, more parasols are needed for the amount of sun loungers provided.

• Cleanliness: 10 Always spotlessly clean.
• Location: 10 Central to Everything.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lack of Sunbed availability - Hence only a good score.
• Staff: 7.5 All but one of the staff (at the Pool Bar) were amazingly helpful and courteous - would have been and excellent score otherwise.
• Quietness: 5 Being on the main strip, you can expect some noise. My stay was during the England World Cup games, so more noise than would normally be expected.
• Room: 10 The room was in perfect order and spotlessly clean.
• Value for money: 10 You only get what you pay for and am very happy with what I paid for my stay.
