• Negative: As a solo traveller, it was sometimes difficult finding a table at meal times. Unfortunately, some people made it clear they did not want to share even though two people on a table for four. However, I was more than happy NOT to share with those mean spirited individuals. In some cases I decided to sit anyway. I was a little concerned that my key card was then on display, with my room number. Also, the possibility that it may just be removed? It was hard work, but only partularly on two sittings, it wasnt every meal, however one dinner I did ask me a waiter to seat me 😀

• Negative: Restaurant layout, it felt quite intimidating for a solo traveller, areas too big, searching for a table all the time.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Very clean, bathroom did have some black on tiles & silicone sealant round bath/shower which is not nice to see.
• Location: 10 Right in the middle of everything, can walk easily to all places
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good all round facilities & services. Highly recommended the Spa.
• Staff: 10 Brilliant staff
• Quietness: 10 My 4th floor room was a little noisy, I requested a high floor & this was not high enough for me.
• Room: 7.5 Good room, very comfortable bed but a bit small as only a standard single, most other hotels have queen beds in twin rooms.
• Value for money: 7.5 I booked direct with the hotel & only about 10 days or so before I be a checked in, so yes it was pretty good value for 5 nights full board.

• Staff: 10 Start bent over backwards I was in room 311 I had an accident slipped in the shower I broke my clavicle in two places my wife is looked after very well

• Room: 10 Nice size Should not have to ask for a Bathmat should automatically have a bath mat in bathroom
