• Positive: The receptionists always greeted me with a smile and were very approachable and anticipated my needs and answered any difficulties I had in a very nice way. The location is also excellent - just 3 min walk away from the train station, just round the corner of shopping complexes and just a block away from the tram station.

• Room: 5 single room was really small and no bathtab. double room had an updated bathroon with tab, but not all rooms are the same.
