• Cleanliness: 5 La limpieza de las habitaciones es superficial y rápida. Huele mal el WC y el día de salida ya habían hecho la habitación sin haber salido nosotros

• Room: 10 Excepto el mobiliario, un poco desfasado, las habitaciones son muy amplias, bien equipadas, buena terraza y mejores vistas
• Value for money: 10 En pocos hoteles podemos entrar tres niños y una pareja en la misma habitación y por ese precio a media pensión . Merece la pena

• Location: 5 Desde Madrid está lejos, pero también por este motivo no está abarrotado y el precio es razonable

• Positive: The hotel atrium is a pleasant surprise when you first arrive. This is an airy and spacious reception with the gentle sound of the water running from the fountain and through mini waterfalls and culverts gives a sense of cool calm, and a feeling that you have arrived somewhere special.
• Negative: I would not rate this as a 4* hotel. Apart from the reception area the rooms are in need of referbishment and modernising. It could be a great hotel, it is looking tired.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Found rooms to be clean; although looking tired and in need to redecorating and brightening up This is my second stay in 2 months and both room the same.
• Location: 7.5 The Hotel is well situated with good access to the local area, Golf, Beaches, Marina.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The common areas aee all clean, bright and well maintained. although i have not used them the function rooms look well presented and appear to small or large groups.
• Staff: 7.5 The staff are all very friendly ad helpful, asyou would expect at 4* hotel.
• Quietness: 2.5 On this stay I was in room 522 on the 5th floor, but could still hear people in the bar area, well after the bar closed at 1am. The bar area opens out into the main reception are and any noise resonates through the hotel.
• Room: 2.5 The rooms are a little disapointing for a 4* hotel. The size of the room are ok%27ish, if a little basic. Bath rooms are functional, (not sure about the red heat lamp in the bathroom) Views limited, No tea or Coffee facilities in the rooms. No Iron or trouser press in rooms.
• Value for money: Not rated NO. I specifically requested a double bed in my room, yet I was still given twin beds. On my previous stay with my wife, we booked a double room and were given a twin room, we asked to be changed only to be told, no double beds were available. So on this trip I made a request a Double bed in advance with my booking, but was still given a twin room. I was not happy with this, because at 6%27 4" tall I need a little more room in my bed.
