"Estimado Cliente, muchas gracias por sus indicaciones, nuestro Hotel está muy bien decorado con temas referentes a la Alhambra. Las camas de matrimonio mínimo son de 1,50m. En todo el Hotel está prohibido fumar, hay ciertos clientes que lo hacen y no deberían. Con respecto a los amenities puede que a la camarera se le pasase reponerlos, de todas formas nos lo piden y rápidamente se reponen. Cuando se quedaron encerrados en el ascensor se deben de seguir unos protocolos estipulados, llamamos a la empresa mantenedora y son ellos quien tiene que sacarlos de la cabina. Lamentamos también que malinterpretaran las palabras de nuestra compañera de recepción y por ello nos hayan puesto muy negativo la atención al cliente, cuando es uno de nuestras principales fortalezas.
