"Estimado Cliente, lamentamos mucho no haber cumplido sus expectativas, le pedimos disculpas si alguien de nuestro personal no ha tenido una actitud buena a la hora de atenderles, ya que nuestra máxima es hacerles sentir como si estuviesen en su casa. La masificación es igual en todos los Hoteles. hay ciertas horas, ciertas fechas en las cuales coinciden la misma nacionalidades, lo cual trae consigo que a la misma hora, baje todo el mundo a desayunar. "Hola buenas tardes, Agradecemos el tiempo empleado en dejar su comentario sobre nuestro Hotel. Como usted bien indica, el Hotel Alixares se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable, a tan sólo 200 m. de la entrada principal de la Alhambra y a tan sólo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la Ciudad, aunque si lo desea, es posible hacer uso del transporte público que conecta con la ciudad desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 11 de la noche con una frecuencia de 7 minutos. En nuestro hotel son bienvenidos todo cualquier tipo de viajero, parejas, familias, aventureros...etc. Nuestro hotel dispone de parking, y cuando se completa informamos a nuestros clientes cómo hacer uso del parking de la alhambra situado justo enfrente del hotel, vigilado al mismo precio que nosotros. Nuestra ubicación es uno de los items mejor valorados de todo nuestro Hotel, estamos a tan sólo 200 metros de la entrada de la Alhambra y a tan sólo 12 minutos a pié del centro de la ciudad. Todas nuestras habitaciones son amplias, confortables y luminosas. Nuestra piscina es muy grande y agradable. Nuestra máxima es hacer sentir a nuestros clientes como si estuviesen en casa.
