• Negative: La calefacción no funcionaba bien, solo en el baño, por lo que la habitación era muy fría. Tampoco me gustó que un hotel 4 estrellas cobre 1.50 euros por un mísero botellín de agua, debería ser de cortesía. El armario tenía polvo. El desayuno era carísimo, por 15 euros en Toledo se come y se cena pero que muy bien, 15 euros es excesivo para un desayuno.
