• Staff: 5 When booking, I requested Soya milk and gluten-free bread. On arrival I was told they could not give me Soya milk. They gave me ONE gluten-free bread roll at breakfast. Considering Soya milk is about 1 euro this is unacceptable.

• Room: 2.5 Twin room was extremely small. Beds more suitable for children. I am 1.75m and my feet hung over the end of the bed. Two people could not pass between beds. Could not turn in bed without hitting wall. Toiletries sufficient for one night were not replenished for our second night.
