• Negative: La habitación que me adjudicaron esta vez - he estado en más ocasiones - fue la 118. Muy ruidosa por los desagües de otras habitaciones, se oyen las cascadas de agua continuamente. El cuarto de baño tiene algún problema con las tuberías y se cuela el mal olor lo cual es bastante desagradable.

• Staff: Not rated The person available at reception on 01-Jan-2020 around 1030 AM was very rude and ill behaved. When I asked him to arrange a taxi, he replied as if I asked for his life. His reply was how can I expect a taxi on 01-Jan. I am a guest in your hotel from some other country where 01-Jan morning are normal working hours. If he would have replied to me in a courteous manner about difficulties to find a taxi in 01-Jan it was fine. His behaviour was rude and very ill mannered in front of my family.
