Situated in the modern Mendebaldea neighbourhood, just a few metres from the city´s hospitals,, the hotel enjoys access to both the main industrial estates and central commercial districts. The modern facilities, together with its style and originality make the hotel the ideal place for a comfortable stay to explore the historic city of Pamplona. The hotel also offers large and comfortable meeting rooms for you to hold your conferences, conventions and business meetings. Between 2006 and 2007 we have fully renovated the room facilities like minibar, safety deposit box, digital TV, Wi-Fi connection, etc. in all our 109 rooms. The hotel has different floors for non-smokers and smokers, you can indicate your preference when making your reservation.

  • Negative: nos registramos un domingo por la tarde , al llegar a la habitación e intentar lavarnos las manos nos dimos cuenta que no habia agua caliente nos dijeron que se trataba de una averia que estaban solucionando . Al dia siguiente no fue posible tomar una ducha por no haber agua caliente. La temperatura en salones y cafeteria heladora , no funcionaba la calefaccion . Hubiera sido mas honesto informar en el momento del registro para haber tenido opcion a cambiar de establecimiento . Despues de quejarnos, todo se quiso resolver con una disculpa e invitacion al desayuno.
