• Negative: well, we got robbed in alicante an had all the money we had taken from us, we went back to the hotel at 12pm at night explaining this and told them we had english money in our room, could they exchange some for euros, the answer was no, we then asked if they could get us a coffee charge it to our room and once we had changed money the following day we would have paid for it. again the answer was no, i dont think they were very helpfull at all under the circumstances!!!!

• Positive: la atención por parte del personal, tanto en repción como sobre todo en el servicio de comedor. La relación calidad precio.
• Negative: le falta una buena piscina, aunque ello conlleve un poco la subida del precio. No tiene internet gratis.

• Positive: los sofas que estan en la zona BAR con esas ventanas que parecen de barco. El autobus y la renfe esta bien comunicado.
• Negative: Que era un edificio exteriormente muy viejo y que estaba lejos de la playa grande, cerca hay calitas y a 8 min otra playa direccion san juan pero no fui. me desplace en coche.

• Negative: que lo que reflejaba la página web, y lo que nos ofertaban a la hora de reservarlo, no tuviera nada que ver con la realidad.... por destacar lo que más nos decepcionó: pedimos habitación exterior y nos dieron una que daba a un patio con un muro a 2 m, desde donde entraban miles de bichos (mosquitos, moscas, etc) si la dejabas abierta; hablaban de "parking gratuito de hotel" y no es otra cosa que una explannada de tierra alejada del mismo

• Cleanliness: 5 la moqueta estaba sucia, y aunque no estuviera sucio al estar viejo nnca llegaba a dar sensación de limpieza
• Location: Not rated lejos de alicante y de la playa de la albufereta que mencionan en la web: las calas a las que dice que tiene acceso directo son "pedruscos que se adentran en el mar y el acceso es bastante tortuoso (y peligroso para ir en sandalias)
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 a destacar: un sólo ascensor para todos las habitaciones; lo que denominan "parking" en la web, es una explanada de tierra abandonada y alejada del hotel
• Staff: 5 muy amables pero no especialmente eficaces
• Quietness: 5 exteriores ninguno, puesto que la habitación daba a un muro (pese a hacer la reserva de "habitación exterior"; interiores: se oían mucho los ruidos del pasillo
• Room: 2.5 normal de tamaño, cuarto de baño viejo, las vistas inexistentes, puesto que daba a un muro a 2 m de distancia pese a que en la reserva nos ofrecían exterior, la tele tan vieja como el baño y la moqueta aún más; la decoración pésima, mejor no poner cuadros que dejar lo que existen de retratos de personas de hace 30 años
• Value for money: 2.5 comparandolo con hoteles por la zona, a precio similar y de mejores prestaciones
