  • Negative: PARA HACER LA RESERVA ME PIDIERON UNA TARJETA PARA ASEGURAR EL COBRO, INDICANDO EN LA RESERVA, QUE EL PAGO SE IBA HACER EN EL HOTEL, SIN EMBARGO QUISIERON COBRAR POR LA TARJETA PERO NO HABÍA SALDO Y EN LA RECEPCION TENIA QUE, DE NUEVO, DAR LA TARJETA PARA QUE SE ME RETUVIERA EL DINERO. ROZA LA ILEGALIDAD QUE UN HOTEL ME RETENGA UN DINERO O PAGAR POR ADELANTADO SIN HABER DISFRUTADO DEL SERVICIO O DE LA ESTANCIA. ¿LO HACEN TAMBIEN CUANDO SI TOMO UNA CERVEZA EN SU BAR?
