• Cleanliness: 10 Exceptionally clean, modern hotel
• Location: 7.5 Very good, just a short walk from las Ramblas
• Common facilities and services: 10 Not there long enough to comment really.
• Staff: 10 Reception staff were courtious and extremley helpful and even made headache tablets available.
• Quietness: 7.5 Minimal noise.
• Room: Not rated My brother and I had a twin room whcih i would say was just about adequete for the one night. Bathroom a good size thought.
• Value for money: Not rated Whilst I appreciate that it was the Grand Prix weekend £220 for one night is too expensive. I have stayed in a hotel in Monaco for one night that was just as good for £150 prpn.

• Negative: AT CHECKOUT MYSLEF AND MY TWO FRIENDS WERE OVERCHARGED ON OUR FINAL BILL. IT BECAME CLEAR THAT I WAS BEING OVERCHARGED BY 14.00 FOR SERVICES THAT NOBODY COULD EXPLAIN. AFTER CHECKING MY FRIENDS BILL IT WAS ALSO CLEAR THAT CHARGES AMOUNTING TO NEARLY THIRTY POUNDS WAS BEING ADDED TO THIER BILLS WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. AFTER HAVING TO ARGUE WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS REALLY NOT INTERESTED WE FINALLY HAD THE BILLS REFUNDED.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated The hotel has a small communal area just beyone the reception area for breakfast. There is no loage/bar and no sports facilities. It%27s a really good B&B but not a 4* hotel.
