• Location: 7.5 A 15 minute walk to the historical center. If it rains a lot, this can be an issue, as it is not possible to park inside the historical center. The Cathedral is amazing!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 There are stairs which could be an issue for some people. The hotel has an elevator though.
• Staff: 7.5 The staff was helpful at booking a table on a nearby restaurant.

• Negative: le fait que l'on me propose une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur (très bruyante). Pourquoi ne pas m'avoir posé la question avant sachant que cet proximité de l'ascenseur est un véritable handicap ou alors que l'on me compte que 30% du prix de la chambre...
