• Positive: The food was plentiful and always fresh. It was also kept topped up so that nothing seemed to run out even if you arrived at the end of the serving time.
• Negative: That there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Coming back after a wet and windy walk we would have really appreciated the option to get a hot drink.

• Positive: Sehr zentrale Lage. Metro-Statio nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Umliegend genügend Restaurant zum frühstücken oder auch sonst essen. Kostenloses WLAN und auch ein stationärer PC vorhanden, der jederzeit kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Es können sogar Dokumente gedruckt werden. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Wir wurden sogar von der Reception darauf hingewiesen die Tasche/Kamera immer vorne zu tragen.

• Quietness: 5 Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock und gegen die Strasse gerichtet, in welcher viele Autos fuhren und auch noch Bars vorhanden waren. Daher war es am Abend etwas lärmig. Ich konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen. Andere Zimmer haben dieses Problem sicher nicht.

• Positive: La limpieza, la amabilidad y cortesía del personal y la ubicación..
• Negative: Que a pesar de haber contratado una habitación doble para 2 personas, solamente habían productos de aseo para 1 persona. Incluso había un solo cepillo de dientes (El colmo). Menos mal que siempre llevamos nuestro neceser con todo lo necesario. Lo solicitamos a la empleada de habitaciones y nos dijo que no podía reponer nada, esas eran las instrucciones que tenía. Una vergüenza.
