• Positive: Los empleados son muy atentos y hacen un esfuerzo por solucionar los problemas.
• Negative: Demoraron el checkin hasta las 15 hs., hacía mucho calor en la habitación, escatimaban el jabón..., no había frigobar, un sólo ascensor, se desmagnetizó la tarjeta, lobby pequeño.

• Negative: El sofa cama donde se supone iban a dormir los niños, se clavaban los muelles. Cogimos habitación familiar pensando en espacio y comodidad a la hora de dormir, pero a la vista de los acontecimientos si hubiesemos cogido habitación triple el resultado hubiese sido el mismo.

• Positive: Estaba nuevo. Baño amplio. La cama y almohada muy confortable.
• Negative: En el desayuno, el jueves sólo había una persona en el comedor y no había ni mesas limpias, ni zumos, ni croasants, etc. Resumiendo: la sala de desyunos es pequeña y algunos días reponen poca cantidad de comida y tarde. La habitación donde me alojé era oscura porque daba a un patio sin ninguna luz natural, pero como sólo iba a dormir no me supuso ningún problema.
