• Positive: The location, room was beautiful and facilities available were great. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were helpful and courteous.
• Negative: The housekeeping staff were very noisy during the day if we were trying to sleep in we couldn't with all the chatter and doors slamming open and shut. The bed was very hard, I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. On arrival we were not informed that we needed to use our room key to turn on the electricity etc. to our room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay in your hotel and loved the people and city of Barcelona. Thank You!!!!
