• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The gym could be more diverse. I also found it odd there was no clock in the room. A safe in the room would%27ve been expected too. I did LOVE the free minibar, though. Nice touch!

• Location: 7.5 The hotel was located right in the centre of Las Palmas - the main bus station was just across the road. The beach was about 10 minutes away. The only downside is that a lot of traffic passes by the hotel so be prepared for it to be noisy

• Staff: 7.5 The staff were pleasant and helpful especially the housekeeping staff
• Quietness: 5 Due to the location of the hotel there was a lot of outside noise from the passing traffic so don%27t be counting on a quiet lie in
• Room: 10 The room was well proportioned and we liked the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. We thought the free minibar was a great idea that other hotels could adopt
• Value for money: 10 We definitely got value for money.The hotel was good and we would recommend it
