• Positive: Ubicación y explicaciones de la recepcionista , sobre todo para salir de Toledo hacia el norte.
• Negative: La falta de limpieza en la habitación( el polvo corria por el suelo y debajo de los muebles). Además nada más llegar la cisterna del baño (de los huespedes anteriores) estaba sin tirar.

• Negative: The breakfast because the hygienic conditions were poor. Milk and yogurts were left out of fridge for hours. The drink machine had only condensed milk. There was no cut fresh fruit, no berries, no fresh orange juice. Furthermore, we were asked to pay for the safety box and it had not been mentioned at all at the time of booking.
