• Negative: After checking in at 11 AM, and touring the city till approximately 4 PM, when we return to the hotel, we were told that our room had been given away. We wasted approximately one hour trying to resolve the issue. As my friend and I were strategizing in your lobby about where to stay for the night, the woman at the front desk approached us and told us that she has found a room for us. It was a huge debacle on the part of the hotel, and we almost left to go back to Madrid. No offer to find us a hotel room, no offer to help us or offer us even a drink of water! We booked the hotel room in July. It was just a huge mess, but we finally ended up staying the night at your place.
