• Cleanliness: 10 Spotless with towels changed daily.
• Location: 10 central at the heart of this vibrant city with access to excellent bus services, near train station, short walk to the old part of the city and bars/restaurants/shops. Couldn't be better.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 narrow corridors and small lift made wheelchair using difficult. Didn't have breakfast but there was plenty of variety on the buffet at 5.85Euros. There are 2 lifts but one is not accessible for wheelchair users
• Staff: 10 helpful, pleasant, patient and there 24hrs
• Quietness: 7.5 Double glazed so no external noise even though situated in town hall square. Walls in bedrooms not of the same standard but didn't cause a problem for me
• Room: 7.5 Looked recently refurbished. Modern decor, restful colours, good size, comfortable bed, lots of hot water in good shower. Small balcony overlooking the fountain and square.Would be excellent apart from wheelchair issues.
• Value for money: 10 This is a superb option and a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in wholeheartedly recommending this gem of a hotel.Wheelchair users should exercise caution depending on the level of disability.
