• Positive: Convenient for the city centre. Basic but more than adequate rooms. Always stay here when in Madrid with no problems at all. Staff very friendly and helpful.

• Location: 10 Couple of minutes from Gran Via

• Staff: 10 Could not be more helpful
• Quietness: 10 Never had a problem
• Room: 10 Size shape and amenities no problem. Rooms I have had have not had a street view but am not bothered as I only use the room to sleep, shower and get changed
• Value for money: 10 A bit dearer than some but more than made up for by the rest of the comments

• Positive: Central Madrid position. Basic but very comfortable rooms but very good facilities great staff. I have stayed here several times and other than needing a *proper* hotel I have no doubts I will stay again.
